Ymmot04 vs Rockstar04 ***** off!
My car is FINALLY finished (atleast for now). Five months in the making, I'm to a point that I'm comfortable throwing up some serious pictures. Trent got a serious camera for these pictures, had to tone them down from 12 mb a piece. Sorry if your on Dial up....
I'll start it off with the side by sides.
Moving on to Trent'* singles.
Time to heat it up a bit
Rear speakers got sealed off.
7" DVD Player with built in Navigation, Sirius, Bluetooth, iPod, Steering wheel controls, Remote.
Microphone
Tweeter Pods (look stock don't they?)
Looks pretty familiar eh?
What'* this!?
Ahh.
Hope you enjoy!

I am incredibly impressed here. SICK. Only adjective that fits Man. With work and idea'* like that, you should have took the college money and opened a custom shop.

Humm. . . . You win Audio Quality, but the Nikon D5000 wins picture quality over the droid. Not a huge victory but still. . .
O and I was about 15 feet away when I took this. . . .

99% of the wiring was all me. Headunit, sound deadening, all the stuff that just took forever (there is about 10 miles of wiring that had to be run). My role in the trunk was sound deadening, getting wires in there, and prepping it for the work to be done (masking everything off, etc.) I worked very closely with the shop that did all of the custom work, we came up with the design and changed things often. The installer that did all of the custom work is an up and coming professional, he'* in the list of top 100 installers in the world. He brought everything to life in the trunk, and also did a lot of work that isn't pictured. Car has two batteries, one for running the system when the car is off, and another that kicks on with ignition to start the car if the main battery dies. He did the tweeter pods, sub box, trunk panels, and sealed the door speakers in with a custom fiberglass box. Everything in the car is bolted into the frame and not moving an inch. I've got more pictures than I have time to show, but eventually I'll have the whole thing documented in some sort of order.
