we got a new car(not 56k friendly)
well the grandprix was giving us some electrical and tramsmission problem so we traded it in, well thats were it got hard we owed more on the car then what its worth and dealerships would only give us $3000 max and we owed $5995.82. well i got the idea of a saturn and my wife wasnt happy with it but they offered us $5000 we were sold they had a deal if they could find her a car well they did a fully loaded 2002 saturn L300.
i am a sunroof fan for life now. once u go sunroof u never go back.
the motor is a 3.0 24 valve twin cam from a saab.
well i didnt think this car would have any power being a saturn well i took it out on the back roads and wow it shocked me it has major power in the mid and high rpms, its no 3800 but wow for a 3.0 it suprised me, ur up to speed before u know it.\

Very nice -- looks to be in great shape! I know they offered you a nice trade on the GP, did you get anything knocked off the sticker of the Saturn?

no cuz the gp had negative equity. we owed 5995 and they gave us 5000 for the gp so they added 1000 to the price but he knocked off 1000 so we made out even. we pay 265 a month and isureance is i think 193 a month but since were married now we had to have my name on the car that made the insureance go up. but since im working now we can afford it. now all my family want me to buy a car something more dependable but they dont know how dependable the 3800 is they just know the milage i have on it and they think its bad. but i want to keep the buick even if i get a new car.
