Ya the eyebrows are tape ,blackout tape with a chromeluion pin strip over the bottom edge.

Im at 88000 now.I've had three intake gaskets go bad ,one before I bought it.A new alternater,new water pump,new tenion pulley,new belt,new windsheild.The only thing wrong now is the air compressor is whining.A thousand dollar job I,ve been told.Thats going to have to whine for a while.This is my second bonneville I,ve had,the intake gasket went out on my first one,a 93SE.After I traded it in the people who have it now had to replace the air compessor on it also.I like Bonnevilles,not many custom ones around here at all.Just the right size for a family of four.Plus mine is a one of a kind.L8TR SO CLEAN ONE
