That looks better than I expected. Great job on the installation, too. The logo is nice and square.

Just my way of saying thank you for all of you hard work in creating the logos.

Man that revised logo makes me jealous! I added my own touch to my new set.

Nice touch. It matches the gold thread too. What is that, a pin?

I bought the material for the visors at a local trim shop. They has a few dozen rolls of fabric and allowed me to rummage through to get an exact duplicate of the original. harofreak sent me one of his secondary visors for a color match.

If I'm not mistaken, both of them bought their headliner material from an online source and this accounts for the slight variation in the color. Quite frankly, I think it looks more unique being a little different. I like the way haro'* sunroof gasket is a little darker than the headliner.

I sewed them together using a template made from the stripped visor. All the details are located here. As far as the embroidery goes, money has already been spent for the digitizing which is the first step in the process. Currently, there are 4 different logos: "SSEi SUPERCHARGED" (4 versions x 3 sizes), "SLE BONNEVILLE" (3 SIZES), and 2 different "BONNEVILLE" fonts (x 3 sizes) that are ready for use. The different sizes are 4" for left chest polos, 5" for ball caps and 6" for visors. If you'd like something else digitized, I can give you further details on how to do this. If you can find someone local to you that does embroidery, I can email you a file. I pay $1 per 1000 stitches for embroidery. To put this into perspective, JDB'* logo was around 14,000 stitches because of the fill and harofreak'* was around 7000. So $28 and $14 respectively for the pair. This pricing is very competitive. I found a woman that runs a business from the basement of her home and dosen't have any minimun quantities. That is important as you look around.

You may wanna check with thaqt lady about sharing her info. I know I could definitely use new covers for my visors, even if I had to sew the last seam myself (or have the Missus do it for me)

I actually supplied the files to her so in a sence, they belong to be because I paid for the digitizing. It is NOT allowed to distribute to a business to make garments for profit though because the logos are so close to actuall trademarked items. I believe the saying goes "... members of the forum and for personal use only...". This describes our use of the trademarked items.
