What changes were made to the PCM?
I'd plug it into a scan tool and pay very close attention to timing as well as your knock retard.
If those are good you can start looking at fueling problems.
With no check engine lights, besides a full tuneup, I think a scantool is your best bet honestly.
I dont think it looks that slow for an L36 though.

Actually Hans...you're right...its not that far off from my 98.

But with the 180 stat, INTENSE PCM and high flow cat, it should at least be .5-1 second faster to 60.

Your shift looks fine. I'd lighten the load a bit. Also did you have trac control on? (does your car even have it?) Tires spinning will cause the car to pull timing.

But tires spinning is a bad thing? Everyone talks like it'* good What can I do to prevent them from spinning? I revved the engine too high before I let it go, didn't I.... I believe I let it go at 2K RPMs, should it have been more like 1500?
