I'm curious, do you have another SSEi nearby that has the stock housing? I was thinking you could get both up to normal running temp, then shut them down side-by-side. Then, using a thermometer of sorts, measure the top temp of both, then the cool-down, kinda like willwren did.

Personally, I don't think you'll see much difference, but it would be nice to have the numbers handy for the forum.

yes.. there are several M90'* around here to test against.. but i dont think the data will be the same.. ill have an entirely different intake and porting of the TB to cut down on turbulance...

i had to do the rotor plate by myself since Jason would not accept it for liability reasons... this is how it turned out..

im not really concerned about that since the spark plug wires actually completely cover this area of the SC.. if it looks good enough i might re-route them under the nose

Ya, we use tape like that to test coating adhesion.
If it rips off a chunk you know it wasn't bonded well.

no there is not :? if pulled of gently and cleaned with castrol superclean i do not think i will have a problem...
