Jason Farnsworth is the cosmetic polisher. He'* in Witchita. Owns a GTP.

The polishing has a negative effect on performance. It will slightly reduce the supercharger'* ability to dissipate heat. To what extent, we don't really know.

i have no data to test against.. but i will have several stick on thermometers on the SC to monitor temp...

i really cant see it making a drastic difference

Painting it would be far worse. I don't see a major difference, either.

Probably not "drastic". But I think it would be some good info to have on hand of the "average" difference. I'm just thinking may as well since have an opportunity. :P

Alot of people are also under the impression that a GenV produces more power than a Gen3 in it'* own right. That isn't the case. By itself, the GenV has little or no advantage over the Gen3. There'* alot more to it than that.
