That SC looks straight out awesome! Does the polish affect the heat transfer at all (whether good or bad)?

The polishing has a negative effect on performance. It will slightly reduce the supercharger'* ability to dissipate heat. To what extent, we don't really know.

i have no data to test against.. but i will have several stick on thermometers on the SC to monitor temp...

Alot of people are also under the impression that a GenV produces more power than a Gen3 in it'* own right. That isn't the case. By itself, the GenV has little or no advantage over the Gen3. There'* alot more to it than that.
