holy crap, that thing is so god damn shiny

i think it would have looked better without the photoshop... clone tool made it all smudgy, and you can still see the lines in the reflection

Just the brushless car wash wax and the right angle of sun at about 5pm EST. The rest is the raw settings in photoshop. Good Canon 20D with Canon EF 20mm 2.0 lens. Shot off and on the tripod. Aperture was set at about 18 thru 22. I was surprised at the stars that showed up at that angle of sunlight in the third image. Before digital we use to use a starlight filter. Now the radiance settings in raw will bring them out. Pretty standard for a decent digital camera. I must admit that this third picture impressed me so much that the next day I bought another Canon 20D, for a thousand less than the first one I bought 3-1/2 years ago.
