Thanks for all the pics guys! I definitely am going to go 'illegal' 70% would be a huge waste of money. 50% isn't bad. 35% looks great (Will your pics help a lot too! Helps also your car is the same color) From your pics 35% doesn't even look like it is that dark in person when you are close to the car. I may be fine with that. But I still have a few months to make up my mind. Definitely not going with anything lighter than 50% anywhere.
EDIT: Pontiac Dad, never seen gold tint. Got any pics of that on a car!? :o

go 35
laws 50 here, ive got 35, and i wish i could get away with 20 because 35'* not that dark
ive been pulled over 2x'*. once for some bs about my exhaust being to loud. which is complete crap because its not that loud, she said i floored it going around a corner. i was like, its a 90* turn full of sand, if i would have floored it i would have just spun the tires..... I also got pulled over for not having lights on my rear license plate (another bs thing). both times they didn't say anything about the tint.

also, if its day time and you see a cop, just open your sunroof if you have one. if the suns out, the light comes in the top making the tint look really light
here'* my car

35% is dark enough that you can't see in at night, or even dusk. It'* also not so bad that the 250% halogen reverse lights are still enough. Graduated tint would be cool, too. Darker at the bottom, fading upwards. I've seen this in metallic tint. Cool effect.
