Shadd'* on the road as of 8am PST. He'* got a LONG drive today. 12 hours to Rexburg, assuming no stops. I packed him a coke, a monster, and three energy bars.

Final pics that I have.
TB throttle plate going in with new flat head screws in the newly machined countersinks in the flattened shaft in the.....and the neck bone is connected to the....
Screws trimmed on the back side of the flattened throttle shaft:
IAC issues from a couple days ago. GM used so much loctite, these soft screws broke off during disassembly. Slotted carefully with a dremel, then new stainless steel fasteners and the PROPER loctite during reassembly:
Shadd admits he doubted my ability to extract a flush-broken M4.
Packed for the trip:
