I use biodegradable stuff ONLY on the car parts in the washer. Then it goes through a wash cycle before I put dishes in my parts washer. The suds you see is from Simple Green. All the carbon and gunk is removed first with Castrol SuperClean.
We didn't get the throttle bodies done last night as planned. Too busy. We did get his new magnetic SC nosedrive oil plug installed (drilled/tapped, installed) and the new needle bearings in his case. The inlet and outlet on the SC are coming along nicely. It'll be fully reassembled today, filled with oil, and then we'll get back to the TB'*.
Shadd'* answer to the question
Is NO!
The only thing he did last night was shoot a couple pics of me in my recliner. Word on the street is that I was snoring, but I bet he was too. Our nostrils are packed with abrasive material and aluminum.
Anyway, more pics from yesterday:
Still a LONG way to go here.

Get rid of the roughness and sharp edges? Really. Damn. We were going to leave them.
I've done a few of these. I recall helping you with yours, too.
