I bet you like it! The wine is very nice and the 1-2 shift at WOT is my favorite.
Hey what cam do you plan on getting? I'm going with some headers, proabaly TOGS ceramic and haven't decided to get a cam or rockers yet for my spring install, along with a 3.2 of course. Don't want to have to get new tranny right away. What'* your thinking? In the mean time, enjoy and congrats.

Aftermarket lifters, pushrods, valvesprings and retainers are not necessary at this level, but there are certain reliability and performance gains to be had by replacing these items during your cam change. The powerband is strong from 2,600 to 6,600 RPM. With the supportive induction and exhaust mods in place, you should be able to run a 3.0" supercharger pulley with no intercooler when using this cam. Or, you could run a 3.25" supercharger pulley and increase your timing advance.

You can purchase the airbox from a variety of places...Intense has it for 172.00. Be aware though that is designed for the GP and on the 2K+ vehicles at least a lot of modification was required due to the difference in air holes on the vehicles. Basically we dumped the stock elbow and used some 4 inch flex pipe (sold by intense) and used reducers to get them to proper size (3?). Then we rotated the SLP airbox so that the air intake hole matched with the hole behind the headlight of the bonneville. Then we had to move some wires forward because the PCM wires come from the back on the bonnie instead of the front on the GP. Once we had the location set we drilled a couple holes in the fender well to hold the box in place. Lastly we drilled a hole in the side of the airbox to stick the IAT sensor in.
BTW I did remove my MAF screen. The inside of intenses air intake hose is rather smooth even though the outside looks rippled.
