yes, the car is lighter than the bonneville by a couple hundred pounds atleast. not sure on the exact amount though. the car is also different in character than the bonneville and handles the road different. If i had bought the GP front and rear strut bars, the GMPP front and rear sways and replaced the bushings and the shocks, the car would handle the road 100 times better and it would be fairly cheap for that. $30 for the strut bars, $150 for the sways, $50 for the bushings, and whatever kyb-gr2'* or koni'* are. Was going to do all that and then autocross the car if I was going to keep it.
