I would leave the trim chrome to give it a little contrast, like you did with the arrowhead.

Looking damn good. I think it should be manditory to do that. The stock chrome ring around the grill looks cheap IMO.

yup, i painted the ring, now im just trying to find something to hold it back on with, KB weld doesn't work cuz its too hard, it just snaps off when you close the hood...

I find duct tape does a MARVELOUS job of holding anything in. Perhaps try that?

but for real, how about pop rivets?

Pop rivets... wont work, no place to put them, it the thin crome ring that needs to be held on...,

i might just try some old fashion hot glue
