that would be so you can plug it in (96'* were hybrid and had 2000lbs of batteries and get 90mpg..didnt you know that already???)
(actually it is a block heater)
we have those up in "cold part of the country" or north america in this case...
I actually miss the snow right now...We had a inch or two the other day but I want like a few feet to bury this place...does not look like it is going to happen this winter...
