Loving the clear corners
Got out of my car one night a couple weeks ago to find my headlight corner dangling by the wire. Seems like the tabs that hold it in finally let go.
After finding a great deal on clear corners on eBay (only four bucks plus shipping), I bought them and slapped them on. (Those of you good with a Dremel can save your four bucks and cut out the orange yourself.)
You never realize how dorky the orange corners look until they're gone. That and a basic car wash makes it look like a whole new car. It turns a lot of heads now (though usually mine). Even my "So what? It'* just a car," girlfriend said, "Cool!"

After:
(That ripped bra and a few mechanical toys are waiting for my tax refund.)

The corners look sweet. If I wasn't getting new headlights for my ssei I would probably do that to mine(they'll be clear on the new lights).

I've still got the stock orange bulbs. I'm not ready for a full LED conversion, but I do remember reading a post a while back about someone finding chrome-colored bulbs that lit up orange.
Sexy wheels are going to wait until I find a great deal on a set of four, or until I find a large sack with a dollar sign on it sitting on the side of the road.
Tattered bra, squeaky alternator, questionable battery cables…*tax refund!

I got my wheels for $450, and they came with tires. The tires even today still have those little ****** on them that make them not look worn. Just keep looking on CL. Also, I remember also when I put clear corners on the 94 and stepped back. It definitely looked like a whole new & better car.
