On no! Judging by the lack of bumper/fender damage and how high the front damage is you must have hit the back of a black truck or suv? Real bummer.

I chose winter tires and liability insurance.

I hope you chose all season tires and comprehensive insurance

Hopefully you can get it back to like-new again

That'* gonna hurt.
$350 for the light. $500 for the bumper cover....at least and then you have to paint it.
The hood is gonna be about $1500 plus paint unless it can be repaired and painted.

My guess is about $3500.

I hate driving in snow and ice. Were you following too close for road conditions. :?:

I almost lost it myself this morning and I was driving a 4WD Jeep. Hit a patch of black ice and did a 180. Good thing I was only doing 60 kph (40 mph).

Ok so I wasn't going to tell anybody but I let the cat out of the bag.

it was my fault. we were at a stop sign and the women in front of me went but stopped again. I wasn't paying attention enough and also went but didn't stop in time. :(

nobody hurt cause it was a slow moving accident. no air bags went off.
yes she was driving an suv which is why I ended up with that kind of damage.

no ice, no snow, just stupidity.

now on to the all better pics

Clear 'em. The yellow breaks up the "flow" of the front end
