the fenders come off easily. I am not sure what you are talking about with one whole piece. There is the outer fender skin and the inner fender well.
Did they have any pics to show you of it installed on a Bonneville before you bought the kit? I hope all goes well for ya.

They send you a cd with about 200+ cars with the system then the installation process for each one.
Pretty thorough.
And the guy on cardomain that everyone knows with lambo doors on his 2000+ bonneville said he had the GT Factory.
So I'll use that as my motivation that it'll work

They open out a bit then straight up 90 degrees and don't hang to side or anything.
Go to the site and you'll see. They have a little video of a guy showing the motion.
And even if you're in a hurry and don't want to instigate a conversion, they still open out.
