It'll still be a safe call to have the turbo timer. There'll be a time when you're in a big hurry and can't just sit in your car, keys in, letting it idle.

You don't have to worry about idle at startup just after you have been driving around for awile before you shut off the car. I really don't think that it is going to be that big of a deal anyways. . . .it will make the turbo last longer but how much longer who knows?. . . . . Maybe if your raggin the crap out of the car or something I dont know?! :?

Now I need to do one of these... which one... who knows. How did you fab up the rear manifold? Got any pictures of that out of the car?

llBlazin_llLo the starter idea wasn't for startup...... it was for what repinS said about being in a hurry and having to leave the car. Maybe I wasn't clear.... I could use the starter feature to let the car continue to run for minutes after I've left the car.... so I wouldn't have to sit and wait for her to cool down.

$100 to make your engine last alot longer. If you dont let it cool down, the turbo will cook its own bearings.
