I still need to get ahold of a scanner and see if there is still kr. Should my car be slower than a 2000 mustang gt with exhaust done? cuase it is

It won't be slower if you up your octane and pop on a 3.1" pulley.
That'* the pulley I was running during WCBF05 with similar mods to you when I broke into the 13'*.
The 2.9" got me to 13.5 sec which should keep up nose to nose with a new Rustang.
