I installed the posi myself. I got it from SLP Performance for $100 with the bearing already on them. They are new take-off units from camaros. It took about a hour and a half. I did a cheack on the gear backlash and didnt even have to adjust anything. They use to list them on their website. They are made by Zexel-Torsen and are a gear driven posi unit.

They tried to tell me that it wouldnt work with the 4wd and some BS and didnt want to sell it to me for the blazer. So I called back and told them I had a 92 camaro with a 7.625 and 3.42 gears (same rear end as the blazer) and they sold it to me. It was a great little unit. Got my azz in trouble a couple of time to. Posi on the light rear of that blazer with a shift kit and that 4.3 HO would kick it sideways almost too easy. Went for a ride a couple of times

You are a bit late Though I'm glad to hear somebody else picked one up too back in the mid-90'*. (I bought one from SLP to do the rear axle in my V6 '94 Camaro.) Still sitting in a box..never got it installed...Was waiting to swap motors and take the axle over to Gary'* Driveline to have them do the gears and install the posi. Funny though, what I got was a conventional Auburn..though I got mine at the time they were taking factory Auburn posi'* out to install Torsens.
