Gen V'* spin slower to achieve the same boost. The sound is a product of the RPM'* the SC is spinning at. A gen V producing the same boost level as a Gen3 would actually be no louder. It would be quieter simply because it spins slower to produce the same level of boost because it'* more efficient.

99, that'* with the 2.2" pulley. Check out some of my track vids from last weekend with the 2.0". It'* spooky. It sounds like a really loud turbo now.

That was a fun road trip that is sure to be repeated next year.

Bill, I installed that third set of rear spring rubber separator. It has stiffened up things much better. Total lift is only 3/4" over running with none at all.....about 1/4" per separator pair.
Those 110 mph sweeper on ramps can now be taken with greater stability.

We are on rails, sir. Time to build a head of steam, methinks.

That would be the most righteous thing to do. .....rushes off to order the 2.6" pulley.
