even when i took the hose out of the intercooler i got coolant on my hands coming out of the intercooler and it wasnt even close to the temp of the SC
u talkin air pressure or coolant pressure?

true, but ud think the intercooler should b a able to compensate for it a little with the coolant circulating inside!

Depends, heat can only be exchanged if the cooling surface is clean. Covered in oil or carbon, or dirt will prevent this. Something is preventing the exchange of heat. Have you noticed and change in your boost level? You can also take the SC belt off and drive like that. If the SC does not as get hot, then you have narrowed down the problem.

no boost level is still the same
ill try and take the belt off tonight and c how that goes, and ill check the oil level on the SC, u think a bad coupler could produce that kinda heat?
so if it doesnt heat up the IC is good and the problem is with in the SC?

A bad coupler will make noise like it'* full or rocks.

If it'* not getting hot with the belt off that would tell me you have boost stack before the IC core. Any friction on the SC will make noise. There are only 2 moving parts.

No problem at all. Do you hear any sounds in the SC? It should have a nice whine and that'* about it. No clunking or grinding. The oil level should be right at the bottom of the treads with the car on a level surface.

no just a squeeky noise, it could b a bad tensioner pulley, i havent been takin care of the car lately lol too much work :*

Unless you have a seized bearing, there is nothing that should cause high heat, not mechanically in regards to the supercharger. A seized bearing would cause that area to be hotter then the rest though.
