I checked for leaks right under the SC nose and i couldnt see anything, i can see that there was alot of RTV placed in that area because I can see it sticking out.

Been looking over your tune, and as I said in PM, things look odd. Your injector flow rate is set to this.
36.22 36.64 37.06 37.48 37.89 38.29 38.68 39.09 39.48 39.85 40.23 40.63 41.01 41.37 41.73 42.09
I would have them all set to about 42 for your 39# injectors.
Your abuse settings all seem to be set to 600, I set them to 640. I found traction control AFR set to zero, I use 12.0
Your low octane and high octane spark tables are almost exactly the same.
If you have a LQ4 MAF the MAF curve is off a bit as well.

And that makes for a big difference. The MAF expects this much air to pass the wire at a given time. When those numbers are off, either more or less air passes, and the PCM is off on it'* numbers. Now toss in that the injectors are not flowing at the rate it expects, and the O2 is screaming dude, your way off, the other sensors are screaming back no I'm not. In the end, it'* all off.

Hey Dan.. it was found by a guy that on a 99 SSEi you can only set the TM to 639. If you go 640 the car doesn't run. Odd thing there. If you ever have an issue, it seems that there'* a decimal error on at least the 99 SSEi.
