Default low boost readout on GTP

I have a 98 gtp that I'm getting a low boost readout on my glow shift boost gauge has anyone had problems with these gauges? I'm running a 3.1 pulley on a p&p blower and the needle never moves at best a half a needles worth past the 10lb mark . I thought it was maybe belt slip so i put the shortest belt on that i could fit on and still the same any ideas?

Can you get a vacuum/pressure gauge that you can connect to the vacuum line on the gauge? What reading do you have at idle? Is it around -9 or -10?

As of right now I don't have a vacuum gauge handy that I can use but the glow shift one says -11ish I suppose its a possibility I have a vacuum leak perhaps but not hearing any shhhh when I shut the car off. I can see if I can borrow a gauge from somebody to confirm my readings

Almost sounds like the gauge is off. It should be around -9 or so at idle. If your at -11 at idle and +10 at WOT, I think your 2 PSI off, so +12 at WOT is close to what you should have with your set up.

Sounds like the face is off from the gauge.
