Disconnect both battery cables before attempting the switch replacement.

I may disconnect both, but just one breaks the circuit, my negative side is a lot easier to remove, I'll make sure it cannot touch anything to re-ground....
I hope it is just a time consuming job, and not a hard one, the video makes it look easy..

Hmmm, it seems my battery voltage was a tad low, it had just hit the threshold where it would not crank the motor over.
I still am unsure of the state of the switch, and may keep it and replace it soon..
I am not sure what could be killing my battery, yes I have a nice aftermarket stereo system with a sub and 2 AMP'*, but it is wired correctly, and the stereo was never on while the car was not running...
Went to work and checked voltage on batt today and it was 2.50v, lol
I hope it will still hold a charge, is is a fairly new Delphi AGM batt... I paid like 210.00 for it... on February 5, 2020
