Horn contact ring

Horn contact ring
I made the mistake of not paying attention when I installed the blinker assembly on my 03 Grand Am and bent the horn contact ring. Is this a replaceable part? I can only assume I have to take the steering wheel off and the clock spring to get to it. What type of puller should I use to remove the wheel? I used a three arm claw puller at the junk yard and destoryed the wheel. I don't want this to happen to my car. I can't jiggle the wheel back and forth to get it off due to injuries. Thanks for any suggestions.

Go borrow a steering wheel puller from the auto store.

Yup, what carfixer007 said ^^^^^^^
Or buy one, they are pretty cheap if you don't expect to use it a million times in a shop.
Be careful of the air bag. Disconnect the battery.
