Can the 2004 GTP Grand Prix keep up?
Good day all, Ive just got 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix 260 horsepower. I used to own many ok quick cars. But the GTP feels as if not faster than my old MB w210 E430 V8 with 279 hp?
I recently sold 2005 Volvo V50 T5 automatic and the GTP is 100% quicker.
I also had before 2006 GTI Golf 200 hp.
vw jetta mk3 2.8 swap
Vauxhall/Opel Astra OPC (240hp)
2006 Subaru impreza wrx
Is the Pontiac GTP really that quick or am i going crazy? Cause i did not think it was this quicker.

So yes, it is quick. By the numbers, I'd say it is faster than half of the cars you listed, and almost as fast as the rest. Here'* the thing that I think makes it feel fast: It has torque at low revs, and the horseposer peak is only 5,200RPM. Where you are used to high-revving to make power, this one probably feels more relaxed about its ferocity.
