Bolt on bang for the $$
I'm wanting to add a little bite to my daily commuter 00' Grand Prix, with just bolt ons and not a lot of money (I'm also saving pennies for a GTP).. I was thinking along the lines of:
Custom intake
Coils
Jett V-Force/ Custom Tune

intake and coils wont gain you anything but aesthetics. the tuner ive never heard of. you can find someone who knows the l67 and can tune it or get hp tuners and do it yourself

The correct cold air intake will make a supercharged engine sound a little nicer, look great, and also supports further mods. It looks like you are NA though, which means as Justin said, you will get no noticeable impact on performance.
Do not replace your coils unless they are bad. If they are bad, replace with OEM.
Not having a supercharged engine really limits your options unless you are willing to put in some serious work. Maybe you could do a shift kit? While you are at it throw in a fresh trans filter and you will have a good portion of the fluid changed out. Not very hard to do.

Im not looking for wild on this car, just a little extra. So sounds like best bet would just be to find a good local tuner and let them try to squeeze another pony or 2 out of her?

I wouldn't even bother. With what a tuner would cost you to tune for an extra couple of ponies, your better off pocketing it and saving it for something like your GTP.

If you're looking for a little extra power out of an NA 3800 engine, look into an aftermarket camshaft or a set of rockers.
I hear rockers are easy enough. A cam install is a ton of work, but you'd be replacing so many gaskets and things that it'* like getting half a new engine, which would buy you extra time to save for the GTP.
