I know I can swap with any. I just used those because they are up front.
What I still don't understand is this misfire only once and trips the code? I don't feel any misfire, rough idle, lose of power, it runs fine. I will try the injectors next.

Have you gone wide open throttle doing a hard pull ? Is the CEL flashing ? If it gives you any peace of mind I have had a spark problem that would only occur during WOT up a hill that caused a misfire but during regular driving and idling there were absolutely no drivability issues to notice. So these misfires can be somewhat phantom and not a regular constant miss. Mine happened to be a weak coil that would only miss on a hard pull. (Although I know you've replaced cyl 1 coil pack)

If the swap does not show anything I would do a running compression test.

OK, I will do a injector swap when the Service Engine light comes back on. It'* been off for 3-4 days now.
