I usually don't break out the torque wrench for things like brackets and mounts. I don't have the GM specs but I found this handy guide after a quick google search.

On another note, don't use that guide for steel fasteners in an aluminum environment.

don't want to strip out the aluminum oil pan
that was a good guide 75 racer posted and thanks
but not as you said aluminum threads
this has been a hard torque setting to find

True Car Nut
that was all it had, on 3.8 engine installation;
" To install:
Installation is the reverse of removal, please note the following torques:
Bolts attaching the upper transaxle to the engine to 55 ft. lbs. (75 Nm)
A/C compressor-to-bracket nuts to 22 ft. lbs. (30 Nm)
Power steering bolts to 25 ft. lbs. (34 Nm)
Water pump pulley bolts to 116 inch lbs. (13 Nm)
Bolt and the stud attaching the lower transaxle to the engine to 55 ft. lbs. (75 Nm)
Engine ground nut to 26 ft. lbs. (35 Nm)
Engine mount lower nuts to 58 ft. lbs. (78 Nm)"
