Time to trace backwards starting with the wire that goes to the solenoid.

Its the neutral switch in the transmission.
On the crank relay, manually connecting terminal 30 to 87 with a wire engages the starter.
On the PCM, grounding the yellow/black wire on terminal 76 cause the starter to engage and car to start and run with key on.
that means it can only be the neutral switch or the PCM but since i just replaced the PCM its gotta be the nuetral switch...which is inside the transmission. So I just made a bypass and its running like a champ
