Design has apparently changed. I much prefer the new one.

Bill...when you get the timing cover off..I'd like a closer shot of where the water pump impellers sit.

Zilla Motorsports got distracted today. Did some custom intakes on all 3 of these. Jeep Liberty, Chevy full-size 4x4, and a Z71 Tahoe:
I know this is off topic but did you take any pictures while making these intakes, specifically the full size Chevy? My Dad has the same model and the warranty is now up so I'd like to make him one for his Birthday.

The two Chevy'* shown are both different. There'* nothing to gut on either. Just drill some extra holes in the box. WHERE you drill does matter, so I need a better idea of what year/box design you have. I've done several of both types.

Hello, little buddy. You were lodged between the LIM and timing cover for so long, I felt it was time to release you. Out of the goodness of my heart, I let you fall onto my oiled up timing chain to bask in the goodness and power of my 3800, in the hopes it would revive you. ALAS! You were too far gone. So now I reverently place you on top of the stack of extra parts for my beloved car.

Those pictures look so familar, my camshaft magnet decided to disintegrate last summer after many years of service. Luckily I had a backup car so I was able to do it right and take my time replacing the works - seals, timing set, dampner, sensors, and all new gaskets.

BTW, It looks like the be is bowing to you motor
