Amazed your car runs as well as it does.
Not sure on the bolt lengths though, I just reused the torx ones and only bought 4MM lockwashers.

Runs like a champ. I just don't have 4th gear or TC lockup right now. It was intermittent for awhile, but gone now.
Slightly decreased throttle response, and variable rpm shifts, but not bad. Other people can't tell if they drive it, but I can. Slightly higher idle, but it'* re-learning. New TPS is on the way.
You can run with the TPS disconnected. It'* not crippling at all. And the TPS for the Series 1 is thicker. Confirmed. I'm switching mine to hex. Easier to remove and re-install without removing my crossover heatsheild, TB, or water outlet.
