Cylinder misfire can be caused by the following
- Faulty spark plug or wire
- Faulty coil (pack)
- Faulty oxygen sensor(*)
- Faulty fuel injector
- Burned exhaust valve
- Faulty catalytic converter(*)
- Running out of fuel
- Poor compression
- Defective computer

well next thing to check would be the injector, hopefully it wouldnt be the exhaust valve or a compression issue, beacuse I've checked the plug, wire, and coil pack
if all else fails I would try the computer after the injector with one I know was good on my car just reprogrammed for the SC

Didn't get around to checking the compression today, but I think its ok because once the car gets above 3000 RPM everything stabilzes and the SES light stops flashing so I think a little piece of something got into the injctor, I will get another from Morad tommorow and swap it

I had a GTP here the other week with a rough idle and a misfire. We scratched our heads for about a week. Turned out to be a broken valve spring. I like to find out what is not the problem, then what'* left is the problem. You know it'* not the ignition system. So that leaves the fuel and mechanical. Swap injectors and if the problem is still in the same place, then it'* not fuel, that leaves mechanical. Valve spring, burnt valve, bent pushrod, damaged rocker, or bad lifter.
