Walbro 255 on ebay

Are these pumps universal? I am trying to decide if this will work on my 93 ssei. I need to replace my pump, and I thought I might just upgrade. This seems to be a good price.

There are many, many types for different apps. You need to go to several sites that sell them, determine your part number, and compare it to that ad.
Note that there will be no performance increase other than restoring your lost power due to a week pump. The Walbro can benefit you should you ever have to increase injector size.
Stock Series 1 L67 pumps can support up to 400hp. They're actually rated higher than S2 L67 pumps.

Yes, I am not really looking for a power gain. The walbro pump says it comes with a new sock and other misc. parts. this particular one is cheaper that the stock pump from autozone or GM parts direct, which do not include the sock.
If anyone has a source for a more reasonably price oem pump, I would appreciate a heads-up.
Thanks
