Jonpro uses a Megasqurt II setup on his turbo GP with a 3500. Generally, anything is manageable and should mostly be easy. There'* a performance shop nearby that uses Megasquirt II often, and most recently they set up a 700 WHP Dodge Neon. I'm not a fan of it, but that is pretty interesting.
In a few words, the people who make the supercharger kit absolutely have a tuning method because otherwise the kit couldn't have been made.

Ok so its possible if i have an unlimited pocket and a bunch of fabrication skills... that probably wouldn't bolt on to a fwd trans or even fit in fwd position in the bonneville hood im guessing. I was however looking and thinking about something more reasonable. The Caddilac catera is about the same size as the bonneville and it is a rwd car so it could be possible to take the drivetrain out of that and throw it in there with just a bit of modification, the driveshaft could go where the exhaust cutaway is. It would just need a brace for the transmission to hold onto. Correct me or add onto what im saying so i'm not just blowing improbable ideas out.

There is no easy way to make your car RWD. The Cadillac in the video has to be RWD, and its chassis is probably completely cut up and re-fabbed for a huge exhaust pipe and a large driveshaft. If you put a driveshaft where your exhaust is right now, you wouldn't have any room for exhaust. There'* a ton of fab work to make your engine bay hold a rear wheel drive setup, and your current rear wheel setup would need to be removed entirely and have new mounts for new things welded on. I'm not saying it can't happen, but I am saying there'* nothing to make it easy. In other words, nothing can bolt on to give you rear wheel drive.
What'* holding you back isn't front or rear wheel drive but power. You need more power regardless of which wheels get it. If you're just straight-line racing the 5.3, there'* no need for the handling and burnout advantages of a RWD platform.

You would need to get $200 headers from the eBay guy speed_daddy as well as an intake using something like 3.5" tubing and a K&N filter. Then a ZZ Performance XP cam or an Intense Racing S1X cam and heads, and you're definitely going to trash him.
