Saturday is a definite on getting my 3" DP and 3" HF resonator installed, as well as getting the 2" kink (that was done to make the exhaust fit without my authorization) fixed.
Will also be getting my SS oval resonator tips just like I had on my 98 SSE.
Eventually a Borla muffler will take it'* place, but until then I've decided to keep the stock 97 SSE muffler (as restrictive as it is) to keep things somewhat quiet.

He has alot of experience with GM V6 and V8 engines so he thinks he'* up to the challenge. I have a set of heads coming from Sqela later this month, and I'm hoping to fish up another set tomorrow as well.

I just want to add one thing to this even though it may have no relevance to the flow issue. I did the BCA mod but instead of making the boost engage sooner I moved it in the other direction to make it come on a little later. I noticed that the car had a very small drop in the low end but gained some midrange power. I am thinking that this has something to do with the boost coming on later while the car is at a higher RPM to use the extra flow we are getting from our 94/95 setup. (If I am incorrect please correct me)

Custom headers aren't going to flow much (if any) better than the stock 93-95 ported EM'*. Remember that all 6 cylinders aren't flowing exhaust simultaneously. Sounds like a great expense and trouble for 2-5 horsepower tops?
And when the LIM is FAR more of a restriction to performance?
For those of you who have seen my vid.........I finally checked my fuel pressure today. With a brand new 95 FPR and walbro pump. My pressure is so low it'* LAUGHABLE, but the car still pulls like a raped ape. Why?
EM porting and PRIMARILY LIM porting. But until I get it properly tuned, the Jury is still at lunch break.
Running the BCA mod the other direction will not gain you any midrange power. The only way to do that is a cam. What you're feeling is the DIFFERENCE because you lost on the low end.
The BCA is CLOSED (not bypassed) at WOT. Adjusting the BCA in either direction can only delay or speed up boost response, not total power. It'* WHEN, not how much.

And for the headers? Are our EM that good that Headers aren't worth it

The 94/95 L67 FPR is rated at 2.7 bar, while the 92/93 is 3 bar. That'* why the lower fuel pressure. It was something I had to try, but it won't be in there much longer.
Nobody can answer the question as to why the pressure rating dropped in 1994, other than perhaps the ON pulse of the injector duty cycle is managed differently by the 94/95 PCMs.
