With the 95-99 body style the front trans mount top needs to be grinded down in order to clear the SLPs and TOGs. And with the TOGs you have to relocate the O2 bung.
1 member installed the *&* headers but has since disappeared?
With the *&* you should relocate the bung the the rear collector because it comes in the cross over. It might make it seem not worth the trouble but those headers are the best option n/a.

I have a second bung installed a couple of inches before the catalytic convertor on the opposite side to the NB for use with my wideband O2.

To clarify further..the O2 bung isn't relocated. In the headers it is located further down the stream. There is a wiring harness extender that you use to reach the header O2 position.
