Well there'* only one flaw in my install this weekend, the dealership didn't get my W-body tranny tube or stick today. IF they don't come tomarrow, won't get them till monday. Will the factory one fit, I know it will hit, but that should be ok for one day right?
Oh and what did you guys pay for getting your headers welded up, if you don't mind.

Those look sweet Taylor.
I installed my own and only cost $10 to get them welded.
You can twist and cripple your stock tube for now (Thats what I did) and change it out when yours comes in.

what does the $300 one do that the $65 one doesnt? If nothing, go cheap!
how hard is it to install them? Someone on here did a guide on how to do it, I bet you could do it taylor. wouldnt it be fun to drive to the exhaust shop with open headers?

With just a bolt in it you may lose some trani fluid.
When I had the car jacked up, and the tube pulled, fluid ran out until I leveled it out by jacking up the rear end too.
Maybe a rubber plug or cork would work better.
I recommend that you wait. What if GM makes a mistake and ships you the wrong tube? The new one is quite a bit different and even it requires a little minor bending.
Cost me $100 to weld on the two flanges and pipe including the cost of the SS pipe.
The SS flanges cost me $100 on top of that. I got a deal on those custom flanges that use the stock graphite Cat converter gasket.
