Surprised to say Foghorn'* Bonne didnt weigh in much more at all than a W-Body 97+ gp. I think like 50-100 lb difference.

you are correct, but we are talking Series one Cars, the Bonne weighs in at like 3450-3500 and the Regal comes in at around 3335 , that makes a huge difference

94Regal were you at the last IDD? Ryan and I were talking to a guy in a '94 Regal that I think ran a 15.9 and I was wondering if it was you? Nice time tho! Good to see more N/a guys run!

Where that extra weight is, is just as important as the weight itself. I've learned that the hard way with gutting my bonne. That is one reason the Trans Sport ran the time that it did - no weight in the back. That is why a bonne that weights 300-500 lbs more then a grand prix will run about a sec. slower in the 1/4 mile.

O BTW Ryans bonne weighed in at 4000 and some change at BonneFest. Not exactly sure what his weight was when he ran his time but I bet that it was near that.

Nah that wasnt me! I ran consistent 2.2 60'* at the track, seems thats the best the car can do, basically just floored off the line. So im guessing that it prob wont run much better than mid 15'* until it gets some real mods under its belt.

I cant see myself modding the car anymore anyways, I can already beat up on alot of cars on the road, just a waste of gas at this point.

Actually Ryan got his best MPG when he had the most mods on his car - just keep the foot off the gas.
