Welcome aboard.. glad to have you join our elite club.
Most ( if not all ) will always tell you to get a 180 T-stat ( to prolong the life of your engine ) then a tranny cooler.
As for the exhaust question.. you can either go flomaster, Dynomax, or Magnaflow. They do not make one specifically for the bonneville.. but look it up as a Camaro 3.8 and it'll fit just the same. I wouldn't recommend opening up too much of your exhaust since you're still in stock form.. ( doing so would loose back pressure which in turns lowers your torque, but marginally gains you in the top end of HP.. but seriously.. who ( other then Rice ) drives around at 5000rpm or so ? )

check out the tech info section, and if you go to www.zzperformance.com you can find a free mods section.
I've only pulled my MAF screen and gutted my air box, but I feel like the car is more responsive than before.

you should be able to get dual (from muffler back ) and a muffler installed for under 200 bills, any exaust shop should be able to do that. You could also make a cold air intake for about 60 bucks that would work pretty good. but if you buy a CAI then it gets to be pricey.
other than that things start to get expensive, i probably forgot something.....
eh, good luck

ok first of all what makes the 180 thermostat so much better than the stock 195? i mean does 15 degrees make that much difference? also would that have any harmful side effects to my car? i mean i like the stock performance already, i cut my driving teeth on a '87 Ranger so you can imagine how much i love this car
and if the exhaust would cause problems and only help at 5000rpm i dont want that i was mainly lookin for sound and added performance but if it would downgrade it then no
and if i went dual exhaust id need body work done right? and how hard is all this stuff to put on? i would assume the t-stat is easy to install but what about an intake? i mean im no mr. goodwrench. and buying stuff and having ur mechanic put it on just makes it more expensive.thanks for all ur input though
