Ok, new trans tables have been loaded in...trans shifts MUCH smoother now, though the shift points are still a little too high for my liking. I can back those down once I feel comfortable enough with the engine tune. Or it may very well be that I am not used to the way the SC tables are...I have been driving an L27 for so long now
Swapped back to the stock injectors, and backed down on the flow rate table. But I am getting a MASSIVE dead spot when I hit boost....like there is nothing there (though the boost gage shows I should be around 7-8 psi). Sounds like I need to mess with the MAF tables some more.

Are you scanning the car while your driving it around? If so what are the O2 and LTFT readings when you're in boost? Along with scaling back the MAF slightly, try messing with the PE enable vs. TPS table and the commanded AFR during PE mode. That might fix that initial sluggishness until you get it running well enough to really dial the tune in.

Just in-bay scans at the moment. Once I swapped injectors, LTFT was good (always in the red before the swap). I gotta load Winblows onto my laptop before I can do any drive-around scanning.

Another update. Redone my MAF map...it definitely was off-kilter...the curve was there, but it was shifted higher than it should have been. Once I reloaded that, my deadspots have just about disappeared.
Working on another tweaking. Upped the FI flowrate slightly, updated a few PE tables, and backed down my rev limiter. I have a few more things to tweak on it, and that should be loaded in tomorrow. Once that is done, it should be well enough to drive around town, log some data, go back and tweak some more!
But first...I gotta get insurance, and registration done. AND get new tires and alignments. Speaking of which...Aaron, you still got those rims?

Update
NEVER swap in injectors with the pintle caps missing. True, they do not disturb the spray pattern, but they DO allow the o-rings to get sucked in if they aren't there
So, I dissassembled my spare set, soaked them in B12 for many a long night, ordered a rebuild kit on Ebay, got said kit in the mail today, painted injectors, put the new stuff on them, and installed. Granted, they weren't flow tested...but damn they work so much better now.
So good, in fact, that I got bold and took it for a 5 minute spin around the block.
and I will throw in a
Got the video of it all...five minutes worth. No hard boosting, no all-out running...just letting the PCM learn a few things. But I can tell y'all this much...she drives FAR better than she ever did, hands down. MUCH more refined. Power delivery is smooth and linear, shifts are near spot-on. Still have some tweaking to do, but not bad as it sits right now. I know I could eek out another 10 or so HP in tuning, but I have other things to do first.
Oh yeah...the video!

EDIT - Yes, I see that check engine light. It doesn't exist anymore...had to do with 4t65 programming that it no longer needs.

Wow...that'* quite an improvement since the last time I saw it. Nice job. ![Thumb Up](https://www.gmforum.com/gm/images/smilies/biggthumpup.gif)
You can pick up a little more than that 10hp just by getting the fueling spot on. Just a minor tweak in that area registers on the butt dyno...without any related timing changes.
