I had my L36 up to 6800 with stock lifters and 90# springs. They were lower mile L32 lifters though.

It should be pointed out that stock S2 valvesprings are 75#.
Stock Series 1 valvesprings are 80#.
So those 90'* are an upgrade. Just use the right spring for the right application as suggested by the vendor you buy your package from, or the members here who have done it (as posted).
