more damage with what? my motor is fine.

I am doing this next year. this year i have other things to do just to keep my car up and running right. I just like speed. if i could just get a pulley, CAI, hi flow cat, muffler, PCM and rockers with no problems then thats all i will get. Do i need to change my coil pack?

FWI= Fender well intake. The intake tube instead of rice pipe goes into the fender.

You will be building up beyond the expectations of your tranny if you do this. Expect to beef up the tranny before or after it breaks.

to get low 14'* or high 13'* you will need more than a 3.4 (and yes it can handle it)

-PCM (may be a standard one by intense is good enought)
-1.9 rocker, with stiffer valve spring
-3.25 pulley
(with that may be close to 14.2 14.3)

-ported manifold or/and downpipe. should be around flat 14'*(the rest of the exhaust is good)

this is with road tire, for sure with slick you can get your goal with less mods.but its another cup of soup.

ask foghorn he have a 400hp beast with stock tranny(for now) and the tranny run extremely good. it also depend how hard you drive in my opinion.
