figured out a new plan just going to use these existion eye bolts but the bar in half use a tap and die kit on it and thread in a 2 in adjuster stud in the center

this is a threaded turnbuckle pivot anchor used for sailboat main mast tensioning.
mostly it would be used to allow slight variations on a straight line pull not designed for off axis load of more than 8 degrees...
these things snap and crack oftan so dont rely on this for more than 2 years in salt water.
im sure it can be used in many places but this is 304 stainless as indicated by the rust stains in the threads. so most likly this is from a sailboat. can also be used in pole line kits for electral power line rigging but they usually use zinc coated stuff...
