How would my car sound with all this? I am still an L27, but my exhaust system is quite different. I have a resonator, and my cat is shot. I have mandrel bent pipes, but im not sure the diameter. Any help here boys?

I personally think Flowmaster is a bad choice for our cars. When you hear them on V8'* , your probably hearing 2 mufflers so that means 1 for 4 cylinders . That muffler i probably holding about 3.0 liters at the most for a street car . You are trying to push 3.8 supercharged liters through a 2.5" single muffler with dual outlets.
Camaros have eithe 5.0 or 5.7 going to 1 muffler with a 3.5" or 4" pipe , then splitting up to 2.5 pipes.
I recommend Dynomax.
Good luck.

a cherry bomb is a $20 glass pack, but watchout, they are illegal here in texas since it is sooo easy to pull the glass out and simply have a peice of straight pipe that looks like a cherry bomb....

that won't be a prob, since he'll also be running a legal muffler behind it.

what are you talking about? any f-body muffler fits a camaro/trans am/firebird
magnaflow, dynomax, flowmaster.....they all make em. DIRECT REPLACEMENTS for V-8s. As far as I know, the v-6 camaros have a single in/single out muffler. the v8s have a single in dual out configuration. They are true crossflows and fine on our cars

I'd put it anywhere between the Cat and Muffler that it will fit. You're just using it as an additional resonator.
