Mud drag coming up....
Hey you probably wonder why Im mentioning our countys annual mud drag. The reason being I plan on sticking some mud tires, mod out the engine, and lightening the load to run the sob in the drag. Basically the car is parts and after I finish up fixing another bonneville and selling it, the car is going to a mud dragger. Its going to be a project between my friend and I want this to be a minumum budget car because I know its going to be a joke. So far I plan on building a custom intake and chopping a hole in the hood for ram air. Then getting some generic pipe and a 90 degree bend to run a straight pipe through the trunk. Also I was thinking about a leaf blower turbo? Then adding some home made lift kit for the suspension so it wont get caught so fast. Also maybe a PVC roll cage painted orange. Dont forget I want this to be minimum wage because Its going to be a joke but I want to go. Anybody else got some ideas to add some speed or coolness? Also the car doesnt have to be street legal.
PS-THE PARTS CAR IS NOT THE CAR IN MY SIG

Flames would be nice lol. I was thinking about runnning the exhaust straight from the engine up through the hood for some easier breathing. How would you add flames? I know they have kits but I cant afford one. Could you make one? Lol the the pvc roll cage would be a joke more than a utility.

where could i get some of those? and Im wondering if lifting the front up will be too much for the axle? Im not sure how much those axles can handle since its FWD.

I know the answers to some of your questions, but I think I'll not help with this horrible venture. I can think of a few cars here that could benefit from parts from yours if you were to part it out. Destroying it isn't something I'm comfortable with.

What kind of parts? And I didnt mean I wanted drive it off a cliff when Im done lol. The hood Id be chopping up is junk and the exhaust I would be keeping in storage. But I understand what youre saying. If anything I would come back the year after and run it again. No offense.
