Mortehl'* Performance Buildup
Sooooo, I'm about to pull the trigger and get started on my performance build with the 95 SSEi. All this is going to be completed before the end of June assuming everything goes well. Valvetrain is my April NEBF mod plan
Port/Polishing:
Heads (source coming soon)
Exhaust Manifolds (www.hulkspeed.com)
(mild) Supercharger
(mild) TB
LIM
Exhaust:
High flow cat
MAYBE 3" exhaust from downpipe straight through. Depends on whether or not I can actually net any gains.
Cooling:
H2O/Methanol Injection (www.snowperformance.net)
Ram air into airbox and Willwren style SC/TB cooling.
Drivetrain:
1.8:1 roller rockers (www.yellaterra.com.au)
Reinforced valve springs
hardened keepers
manley pushrods
custom cam (Series 1 Performance)
Transmission:
Transgo 4T60-E JR kit (all options)
21,000 kw/h transmission cooler, bypassing radiator
Trans temp gauge
Phantom Grip LSD with upgraded springs
Heavy Duty Torque Converter
3.69 Ratio
Other:
Powerslot rotors
Ceramic brake pads
V Rated tires of an as of yet undetermined brand
2000SilverBullet'* racing tires
Assorted cosmetic fixes
Custom PCM burn
Let me know what you guys think. All constructive criticsm and comments appreciated. If you think I missed anything, speak up

Looks like a great set up, do the cam specs allow for 1.8 rockers? Seems too high to me?
You may also want to add new injectors are a tune up on your old ones.
Be sure the pcm can handle your new flow rates.

I forgot to add to that list that I'm sending out injectors to those guys Willwren reccomends for flow matching, but I hadn't considered larger injectors. I'm going to send an E-Mail to the GMtuners guys about it and see what he thinks. I'm sure Mr. Wren will chime in on this too.

Where are you getting the heavy duty torque converter ?
Isn't 3.69 gear ratio a little extreme?
what size SC pulley are you running now?
and you forgot some kind of scanner for all the tuning you need to do.
Just also take note that I will be following in your foot steps with my car (but I have a much tighter budget :( ).

DOes the 95 have an M90 sc? your going to be able to run a fairly small pulley with that list and if so, you will soon need bigger injectors. If a 95 is anything like a series 2?
