The afc would correct a problem if you were running lean which without a scan tool is going to be unknown. Your pcm will read the air comming in and adjust as needed, as long as the iat and O2 sensors are reading correctly.
In your sig you mention 'super chip' what is this? If its one of those air intake spoofers thats where a lot of your troubles are comming from.

I'm definatley not moving more air than you but your spark and fuel maps are much diffrent from mine to begin with. Maybe they can work well with your mods.
I do think i'm moving alot more air than stock with the HVII, larger lift/longer duration of the cam, and to a minimal degree the polished intake valves. I think that the current fuel map could be inadequate for my mods.
I do understand that you don't think i need larger injectors. I've even done the equation telling me i don't. But when my hp should be close to the L67 and there 50 bucks/low mileage, i don't think it'* that bad of an idea.

Hold up for one second. 112% is WAY too much fuel for your mods!!!!!
I ran a 75 shot of nitrous at the track on an L27 and the most I went to was 106%. Just 1% increase is much more than you may think. Bring the sucker down to 102% tops, then tune from there.
As for removing KR...remove heat. Rogue is good as explaining this, but I'll cover him here.
Headers, intake (coldest air possible), rockers, etc. Anything that gets the air in and out faster than a stock setup.
